Tell us about your business!
Involvi HR, an Edmonton-based HR Consulting firm works with organizations to strengthen their People Operations. As a trusted business partner, Involvi aims to revolutionize HR by fostering better working relationships between leaders and employees and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
How has being an Edmonton Chamber member impacted your business?
The Edmonton Chamber has made a big impact on my business and its growth! Through the events, networking opportunities, learning sessions and its team, Involvi has created meaningful relationships and gotten more involved in the Edmonton community.
What initiatives are you undertaking to better our Edmonton business community?
I host several events within the city and the Chamber has been a great community partner. Our DisruptHRYEG event brings 300 people twice yearly, and our Musketeers Business Mixer brings 100 people quarterly. This allows local business owners to network and build intentional relationships.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I am passionate about local businesse and leaders in helping them build a strong people foundation within their operations. Supporting locally owned and operated businesses allows me to make an impact and improve our local community. Fostering business, growth, jobs and long-term careers.
